Founded by guitarist Jay Menard and former bassist Gab Milloux.
The band signed with Steelheart Records in Italy, but the label folded soon afterwards and the band was independent again before agreeing to a European release of "All is Dust" with Underground Symphony in 2007, which was eventually terminated in 2009.
